A: No. The exact costs depends on how large your home is and the exact kind of cleaning you desire. Typically, house cleaning services are surprisingly affordable.
Q: Do I have to provide all the cleaning supplies?
A: No. Natalie’s Scrub Squad will provide their own cleaning supplies. If you need special products used in your home for any reason, however, you are welcome to provide that, alongside directions on proper usage.
Q: Is Scrub Squad bonded?
A: Absolutely! We are very particular about whom we hire. We have minimal turnover and our employees tend to stay with us for years.

Q: Do you require a contract?
A: No we do not.
Q: Is laundry included in house cleaning services?
A: Sorry, laundry is not included.
Q: Is there anything I need to do before Scrub Squad arrives at my home?
A: Most house cleaners ask that personal belongings are picked up before they arrive, as this speeds along the cleaning process. It also ensures that your personal belongings aren’t moved somewhere you might lose them.
Q: How often should I use house cleaning services?
A: Most people choose to have their house professionally cleaned weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
Q: Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
A: No. Because we work on appointment based schedule, 7 days a week, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured housecleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or garage code.
Q: Who does Scrub Squad hire to clean my home?
A: You can rest assured that all of our professional housecleaners are fully trained and insured. We respect all of our customers by never smoking, drinking, eating, or using appliances during our home cleanings. We wear our nationally recognized uniforms with pride and confidently carry out services that exceed expectations. We also undergo regular training to ensure that we’re always up to date with all of the latest and greatest cleaning techniques. For additional safety and peace of mind, the work we perform for each customer is held accountable by a trusted and experienced supervisor, often times it’s the owner, Natalie or Mike.
Q: Does the first cleaning take longer?
A: Yes. The first cleaning typically takes longer than following cleanings. How long the first cleaning takes will depend on how long it has been since your home received a deep cleaning, how many people live in your home, whether you have pets, the size of your home, and other factors.
